When I first moved to New York, the idea of layering was terrifying. Coming from the South layering multiple pieces was hardly necessary in the mild winters plus when you always drive from point A to point B, you’re outside far less than when you live in the City. My first winter I learned the importance of layering to stay warm and comfortable in cold weather. I was so excited to partner with a brand perfectly fit for the job – Cuddl Duds. I created three distinct looks incorporating layering pieces and accessories for the Fall and Winter seasons. I wanted the outfits to mirror my style – feminine and charming! The first look layers a floral shift dress with SportLayer leggings and a warm hat both from Cuddl Duds. It’s a perfect outfit to wear to work on chilly days that’s still fashion forward. The second look was more casual with a Cuddl Duds Softwear with Stretch Long Sleeve V-Neck plus hat and scarf paired with jeans and a cozy suede jacket. Lastly, and my personal favorite look, is the Cuddl Duds Softwear Turtleneck paired with a flirty floral skirt, multi-knit beanie and shiny loafers. It was so fun shooting this look in the studio with a full hair and makeup team plus stylist and a professional photographer.
