We’re coming up on the one year anniversary of Dream Loft Studios in Bushwick and I wanted to share some of the design process starting with the bathroom, which I call the Wonderland Washroom!
Here’s the before of the bathroom when I first rented the space!
To say I was concerned is a bit of an understatement. But I actually ended up taking inspiration from the enormous utility sink and decided that an elevated version would be perfect for the space!
I searched online for ‘utility sink’ and was so excited to come across this wall mounted utility sink from Vintage Tub & Bath. I was so inspired by just the sink that I actually designed the entire bathroom around it.
Then came time for everything to start going in! Seeing the transformation of this bathroom was so wild. Now it’s seriously one of my favorite parts of the studio! From the whimsical wallpaper to the scalloped tile to the brass gooseneck wall mount faucet, the Wonderland Washroom is not to be missed.
