99.9% of the time you’ll see me with loose waves. This has been my go-to hairstyle ever since college and I’m always trying out new hair tools to get the look. To achieve my signature soft waves, I section my hair then position 1” pieces sections into the barrel. I set the Curler to 230 degrees with the 8 second timer. From there, the device curls the hair with the click of a button and styles it beautifully without even needing to think about which direction I’m curling! Just make sure you have the curl direction set correctly (L for Left, R for Right). For curls that flow away from your face, select the R (right) curl direction when curling the left side of your head and the L (left) curl direction when curling the right side of your head. For a more casual, undone look, select the MIX curl direction which automatically alternates the curl direction.
For even looser waves, I would decrease the temperature and number of seconds and for tighter curls I would increase the temperature and number of seconds. The UNBOUND Cordless Auto Curler has totally changed my hair game and I would recommend it to anyone looking to ditch the cord and get great curls or waves quickly.
