to get all gussied up in a cocktail dress or even donning something silly for
an Ugly Christmas Sweater party. This season I partnered with Goody to share a
chic updo for a festive fete! I get so many compliments when I wear my hair
like this. Here’s how to create the look:
I recommending starting with textured hair – this helps
create thicker braids for this style. Brush through the hair to detangle using
the Goody® Clean Radiance™ Paddle Brush. I love how copper bristles help reduce
buildup and restore hair’s natural balance!
Start the French braid by splitting the hair into three
sections. With the three strands, start first with a traditional braid going over
once with each section. Next, French braid by incorporating hair as you
continue the braid down the scalp.
Continue the French braid on one side down past the ear and
around the back of the crown then secure using Goody® Colour Collection™ Bobby Pins in Brunette.
Next continue with a simple three-strand braid until all the
hair is braided. Secure the braid with a clear Goody® Ouchless® Mini Elastic.
Pin the braid back around the crown and secure using the Goody® Colour Collection™ Bobby Pins.
