Finding the perfect pair of jeans can sometimes feel like a full time job. Every fall as the weather cools I start to feel the urge for the next best pair and this season. I was able to find my holy grail denim with Zappos x Levi’s. I was looking for high waisted black denim with just the right amount of stretch that still keeps its shape over time. I like a pair that makes my petite frame look taller (I’m 5’2″) plus pairs easily with everything from sweaters to button downs to cute date night tops like this one. I have always been a fan of Levi’s jeans and their new women’s 700 series really took it to the next level with a multitude of fits and washes, There’s a perfect pair for everyone. I choose the 721 High Rise Skinny in Soft Black. They are a true high rise jean that comes up above my belly button and really hold me in at the waist and in the tummy. My favorite part, of course, is that it makes me look like I have legs for days! They have a great stretch but are still incredibly durable. I can’t wait to wear these all season long and beyond. For this look I wanted to do a cute monochromatic date night look that’s sexy but not over the top. I paired the 721 jeans with a silky double layer blouse and cross-front black pumps.
