If you’ve been following my blog or YouTube for a while, you already know I’m crazy about Asos. From my season Hauls to my Asos #OOTDs, I totally have a thing for the UK retailer. So when Asos asked me to share my favorite trends for the fall season, I was thrilled! This autumn I’m crazy about plaid, long outwear, ankle boots and great unexpected pops of color. For this look I paired this chic black trench from Asos with a hugely oversized plaid scarf. The trench is incredibly versatile and you can wear it over anything – it has been getting some serious action on these rainy Brooklyn mornings. I’m also totally in love with this scarf — it’s huge and can double as a blanket, shawl, pashmina and often for me head wrap on windy, rainy days. The scarf colors are bold and it pairs perfectly with my signature fall red lip – Mac’s Ruby Woo! For the boots, I chose grey suede ankle boots that are easy to walk in and can go from day to night. Last but not least, I chose this unexpected mint bag with a fabulous mix of textures. I thought about going with a traditional black leather tote but I really felt the pop of understated color was a great way to tie the look together. Shop my favorite fall trends below!
