Coming from the South, springtime pretty much meant that one day the clouds parted and it was 85 degrees. In New York, that’s not quite the case. Even into the second week of April, the weather is constantly changing everyday. One day it’s 65 with not a cloud in the sky, and the next it’s 40 and chilly. And even more often, it’s chilly in the morning and night and drop dead gorgeous in the afternoon. So, really, what’s a girl to wear? For this look on a particularly bi-polar day, I paired my favorite warm but not too warm Comptoir des Cottoniers Coat with my favorite new spring dress from Asos! I love the daring but still covered-up lace bodice overlay and the vibrant coral color. And to top it off, none other than my favorite twee pumps from Seychelles that always, always put a smile on my face. Happy Spring, even if I’m still wearing a coat.
