I love polka dots. I love them so much. I can’t even count how many polka dotted things I own. I saw this dress when I was out shopping at the Buffalo Exchange in Boerum Hill with my best friend Michelle. I locked eyes with the dress, I took the dress to the dressing room, it wooed me, I wooed it and I took it home for less than $30. Not too shabby, eh? I paired it with my recently purchased coat from Urban Outfitters that I adore. It’s a punchy tomato-orange red (hello I love you) with contrasting beige sleeves and pink lining so when I roll up the sleeves, it gets even better. And what better lipstick to pair with the coat then MAC Lady Danger? With a rare sunny weekend in the city, it was the perfect chance to bring it all together and enjoy a glimpse of spring.
