For the second (magical) year in a row, I was invited back to Paris by Printemps for the annual unveiling of their Christmas windows presented this year by Burberry. I was so honored to be invited back and this time I brought Alex as well! We arrived early in the morning on the day of the event so we had some time to take a quick nap before heading to Printemps for an incredible day. After eating some pastries in the beautiful Brasserie, I headed to Le Coiffeur for a haircut and blow out a la francaise. It was without a doubt the most amazing haircut experience I’ve had in my entire life. The salon overlooked the entire city bathed in pink light. I drank champagne and chatted with my hairdresser while taking in the beauty of Paris. After the haircut we headed outside for the window unveiling. This year Kate Moss & Cara Delevingne presented the windows on behalf of Burberry. I loved the marionettes decked out in classic Burberry trench coats, plaid scarves & umbrellas floating in the windows. After the unveiling, we headed back into the store for champagne and macrons at Lauduree. I got a chance to catch up with the other bloggers and hear about their experiences throughout the day. To end the day, we had a toast on the roof of Le Printemps watching the Eiffel Tower glitter at the turn of the hour. It was such a magical day.
