Eley Kishimoto x Fossil

I was so excited when Fossil asked me to partner with them on the launch of their new collaboration with Eley Kishimoto, a London-based company known for their incredible prints that mix modern, playful colors and shapes. Tomorrow, October 28th, I’ll be joining the #FOSSILxEK Twitter Party with the designers behind Eley Kishimoto along with the Fossil Team & one of my favorite fellow style bloggers, Mara of M Loves M Blog.

From the second I saw the pieces from the collaboration, I fell head over heels for the Eley Kishimoto x Fossil Retro Timer Two-Hand Leather Watch in Brown. The watch has the perfect amount of retro charm that’s both mid-century yet so of-the-moment. The face of the watch mimics the look of a kitchen timer while the luxe leather band giving it timeless wearability. To balance the bold shape of the watch, I paired it with a classic red plaid flannel, high-waisted black jeans, a felt chapeau & graphic vintage Acne pumps. I felt the look really mirrored the watch’s color palette while paying homage to its cheeky modern whimsy.
