I love a good plaid shirt. I don’t know what it is about them but they always seem to hold a history between their checks. Most of mine are thrifted, gifted, handed-down or borrowed each with a past life or nine. This particular one was my best friend’s Michelle’s in college. She wore it all the time. When she moved out of our old apartment last year she handed it down to me. Now I wear it all the time. And whenever we’re together and I’m wearing it, we reminisce about the fun times we had in college and make some new memories together. I love finding new ways to wear plaid to bring a little feminine side. Today I paired it with my new favorite tomato orange/red, Mac Lady Danger, a sparkly statement necklace from BaubleBar and evergreen Seychelles loafer pumps.
